Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your mail accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can create a new email account in no time and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect emails from one email box to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email boxes against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just choose the email mailbox account you would like to forward mails from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
